I really loved the clean rooms and the comfortable bed during my stay here! The continental breakfast was basic but satisfying. Just a heads up, the heater in my room was a little noisy.

It was just an ideal choice for a fleeting stay in Ann Arbor with good value considering the price it charged. The chair in my room was broken, but for $80 a night, I didn't mind. Just make sure to check the room thoroughly before settling in.

Decent stay for game day

We crashed here for a UofM game and it was okay. The breakfast was a solid start to the day, and the staff were friendly. However, the room felt a bit old. the bed sank in the middle. Plus, we had to deal with some noise from the adjacent room, which wasn't great.

The towels were nice and soft.

Charming and budget-friendly, this hotel offers a delightful experience. The friendly staff ensured a warm welcome, and the breakfast featured delicious smoked fish that stood out. While the room wasn't extravagant, it was clean and offered everything needed for a comfortable stay. However, the parking situation felt a bit cramped, and I encountered a somewhat outdated bathroom design that could use refreshing. Despite this, the location near Trader Joe's and the great value for the price make it a solid choice.

Great Value and Comfort for Travelers

I stayed in a Deluxe King Room for 3 nights and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness. The friendly staff always greeted me with a smile, making me feel welcome. Don't miss the on-site café for a quick breakfast before heading out. Charging ports by the bed were a nice touch!

The rates here are fantastic at just $70 a night. I found the room to be clean, and the linens seemed new. The bed was extremely comfortable, which helped me relax after a long day. However, the noise was a big issue. I experienced loud sounds from the next room, as well as thuds from the guests below during checkout. I had to turn on the TV just for the white noise, which was annoying. The in-room air conditioning worked well but wasn’t well sealed, letting in some cold air and noise. The bathroom had great water pressure, and I appreciated the shower stall without a tub. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, which made up for some inconveniences. I enjoyed my morning walks in the nearby park. It's conveniently located near a Trader Joe's and has a bus stop nearby, making travel easy. I recommend bringing ear plugs for light sleepers, as soundproofing needs improvement. Overall, if the noise issues were addressed, this place could be top-notch.
